Terms and Conditions

THE BOOKING CONTRACT

The following agreement is made between “Iran for All Travel” and the client. No employee of the Company other than a director has authority to vary any of these terms or promise any discount or refund. All Terms and Conditions shall apply to all participants. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. For Group Bookings, The lead name is entirely responsible for ensuring that all members of the group have the correct and valid documentation for travel. By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking. The information given by you on the booking form should be complete and true.

DOCUMENTATION

All participants are required to have a valid passport for all trips. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the completion date of the trip, and must have sufficient blank pages for all necessary travel visas and appropriate entry or exit stamps.

PRICES, SURCHARGES AND TAXES

After a confirmation invoice has been issued by the Tour Operator, the Tour Operator reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes and airport charges, local costs, currency and exchange fluctuations.

INCLUSION & EXCLUSION SERVICES

Tour prices are based on currency rates and land costs. All prices are in euro or dollar. Main itineraries include all accommodations, most internal transportation (train, bus, auto, boats, domestic flights). We also provide Visa Invitation service included in the package but you have to pay for your visa fee to the consulate or airport which is NOT included in our services. All meals as indicated in the itineraries, all planned day trips and all guide services in the tour price. Transportation does not include international. Also travel insurance and tips are not included.

 

FINAL PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING

At the time of booking, 50% deposit of the total tour price, should be paid to the Tour Operator after confirmation of services which 25% of that is non-refundable and the rest should be paid till 45 days before the departure. If the booking is made 45 days or less prior to departure, 100 % payment is due at the time of booking and 25% of that is non-refundable deposit.

Your booking is confirmed through receipt of final payment which is according to the package that you select.

 Final payment: The confirmation sent by the Tour Operator will contain details of final payment required for any booking. The Acceptance OF BOOKING is based on final payment 45 days prior to departure. Documents will be emailed to you 15 days after ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING.

Notice: In case of late bookings the acceptance is up to departure date if there is space availability.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fee is applicable based on when we receive your cancellation request:

1. 40 days or more before departure = Full Refund

2. 30 days or less before departure =50 Percent Refundable

2. 20 days or less before departure = NON-REFUNDABLE

CANCELLATION BY TOUR OPERATOR

The Tour Operator guarantees that all scheduled booked Tours and secured with a valid deposit will run as indicated on the confirmation. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the Client’s tour, however, the Tour Operator will normally not do so unless forced to do such as flight cancellations, war or political unrest or on group tours where minimum numbers have not been reached. Where a significant element of a Tour as described cannot be provided after arrival, the Tour Operator will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, the Tour Operator may provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined in its package. If a Tour is cancelled by the Tour Operator before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Major and the cancellation is not caused by your fault, you will have the choice of accepting from the Tour Operator full refund that paid for the cancelled Tour.
