Qazvin
Qazvin city is the capital of Qazvin Province, Iran. The city is well known as the second capital of Safavids too. The majority of people in this Province are Persians and Iranian Azari that speak Persian with Qazvini accent. The most important historical sites of the city are Jame’ Atiq Mosque, Soltani mosque, Peighambariye shrine, Qazvin old bazaar and caravanserai; don’t forget to visit the magnificent Chehel Sotun palace, a Safavid pavilion with a beautiful view known as the original sample for Chehel sotun palace and garden in Isfahan; the garden and palace in Qazvin today turns to calligraphy Museum. Qazvin has many products like cotton, silk, leather and velvet. The city is 150 km far from Tehran so travelling towards it is not hard or complicated. which is also known as the capital of calligraphy in Iran
